Stay at
l’Auberge du Moulin
Six rooms are currently being renovated and will open in spring 2027. Double and family rooms available.
Our renovation approach is intended to be restrained, striving to preserve the heritage virtues of this 1740 building. The energy approach aims to maximize the use of bio-based materials and to eliminate fossil fuels in providing for your comfort.
We are continually seeking the right balance between Experience and environmental and heritage consistency. The promise of a reconnection. To oneself, to others, and to the surrounding nature.
